Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the supplier’s dispatch process.
- If your order has not yet left the supplier’s warehouse, you can cancel without charges.
Shipping Options & Costs
- Depot Delivery: We ship to the nearest freight depot for pickup. This is usually the most cost-effective option.
- Door-to-Door Delivery: Available on request. Prices depend on your location, order size, and transport availability. Please contact us for a quote.
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout or quoted for door-to-door deliveries.
- A tracking number is provided once your order ships.
Receiving Your Order
- If choosing depot delivery, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Bring a suitable vehicle for transport.
- If choosing door-to-door delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the order, as re-delivery fees may apply.
- Inspect all products upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, take photos and contact us immediately
Returns & Restocking Fees
- Returns are accepted only for unopened, undamaged boxes within 14 days of delivery.
- Suppliers charge a restocking fee of up to 40% once the product has left their factory.
- Return shipping costs vary depending on the supplier and transport fees.
- We do not charge any additional fees for returns—only the costs passed on from the supplier and transport company.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive damaged or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
- We will work with the supplier and transport company to arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.
Additional Information
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Remote or regional locations may incur additional shipping fees.
